There are no VIP customers, only VIP service. When Jim founded the company in 1997, customer service was a natural part of the equation. Now, customer service is, perhaps, more important than the products we offer.
People can buy musical instruments anywhere online; they buy them at Blues Angel Music because of the service they receive. Over the years, as the customer base grew, Jim added employees, making sure to only hire the “right people” — musicians. Everyone who works at Blues Angel Music has stood on the other side of the counter and knows what they expect from a music store.
