This shop has some of the best customer service I have experienced. My wife and I came to the store twice to find her the right fit and sounding guitar for her. Each employee in the shop was willing to answer questions and offer options that would fit her style of music and even played several different ones until we found the right fit and sound for her. Thank you to all that took the time with us both. We will always return to this shop when visiting the area again.

Just purchased an Eastman E20P-SB parlor guitar and absolutely love it. The staff here is excellent. I tried about a dozen different travel/parlor models from different manufacturers before settling on the Eastman (they have a great in-store selection). The staff let me do my thing and answered any questions I had promptly. I will definitely return for any future guitar or equipment purchases.

The owner coming out to speak with the customers is something I really appreciate. These guys care about the customers, there is zero pressure and everyone is extremely kind personable. I’ve even applied to work there myself. Great place for any of your music needs. They have it all.
